I am a software architect in Novi Sad. For the last year I have worked on one question: which customers of an AI product are still profitable once inference is counted.
Ten years building systems that shipped, most recently at Blackfield Labs, before that BrightMarbles, WolkAbout and Vega IT. I am finishing a doctorate in information technology at the University of Novi Sad.
In 2026 I started paiment, which connects model spend to the account, plan and workflow that produced it. The idea came from watching teams with fixed subscription revenue and wildly variable cost-to-serve discover, weeks late, that a whole customer segment had been unprofitable the entire time.
